Bio

A great producer understands the creative aspects of image making and has a strong business acumen. Producer and chaos wrangler Andrea Dorsey’s training and experience makes her equally comfortable discussing lighting needs as handling a budget spreadsheet

Andrea studied photography at the award winning Portfolio Center College of Art and Design. She worked as as a photo assistant and studio manager for Atlanta’s well know advertising and entertainment photographers. Being an organized person with a can do attitude, Andrea found herself being asked to produce photo and video projects, and she loves it. She has produced projects with Fortune 500 companies, such as Coca-Cola, UPS, and NBC Universal.

Andrea is passionate about the art and business of image making. As Director of the Atlanta Chapter of American Photographic Artists, Andrea is dedicated to helping image makers run a more creative and profitable business. Through APA, she has a nation wide network of industry professionals.

Andrea is a native to Georgia and lives with her husband Cannon Pearson and their dog Maggie.
